FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT

Servicing

All fire safety systems and equipment are subject to a suitable and adequate programme of maintenance. This maintenance programme should be carried out in accordance with the relevant British Standard or equivalent.

AFS Fire Safety Consultants Ltd offer a comprehensive equipment servicing programme, including:

All Discharge Tests (DTR test) and Refills
Anti tamper tags
Safety pins
Striker pin assemblies

Prices for Discharge Tests (DTR) and Refills:

Dry Powder           £25
Foam                   £20
Water                   £15

Annual Service Fee: £45.00 for up to 10 Extinguishers serviced

All additional Extinguishers: £4.50 per Extinguisher Serviced

Exceptions:

CO2 Extinguishers. These extinguishers will need to be sent away for a Hydraulic Stretch test every 10 years: in this case we would replace them at a cost of £50.

Any extinguisher accidentally or maliciously set off, damaged or stolen. There will be a Call Out Charge of £45 plus any replacement costs applies.
